Kathy “Kat” Norcutt is a small-town girl who loves her life and what she does. Having spent over 20 years in the customer service industry, Kat says, “Treat people the way I would want to be treated, even if they do not behave in the best way.” Her easygoing, helpful manner is supported by her focus on maintaining a happy, stress-free life.
