I got my real estate license 22 years ago, and I've been all in ever since. I started the way most agents do — hustling, learning the hard way, figuring out what actually works versus what sounds good on paper. Seven years ago, I took that experience and built something of my own: Romano Realty. Romano Realty isn't a big-box brokerage, and that's on purpose.
