With a professional background in social services and workforce development, Traci brings a unique blend of compassion, problem-solving, and leadership to her real estate career. Before becoming a Realtor®, she managed employment and training programs in the Philadelphia region, served as a case manager, and worked as a data coordinator. These roles honed her ability to listen actively, resolve challenges, and provide guidance — skills that now benefit her clients as they navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives: homeownership.
Traci’s philosophy is simple: every client deserves to feel valued, respected, and understood. She believes real estate is never just about transactions — it’s about building relationships, creating a safe space for clients, and guiding them with trust and care. Outside of real estate, Traci enjoys binge-watching great TV series, cuddling with her dogs (and grand-dog), listening to music, and experimenting with new cocktail recipes. She also has a soft spot for naps and indulging in delicious food — little joys that keep her grounded and recharged.
