5 minutes after Gina sat down I knew this was a realator who I could work with. Our home was not the typical neighborhood home. Built in 1985 we sat on 61/2 acres in the middle of farm land. We brought our children up and many years of grandchild memories along with all our friends. Ours is were everyone came! Gina saw right away how special it was along with the beautiful views agreed that we couldn’t go by near by sales to determine our price. She showed our house in a sneak preview and then held an open house. Within a week we have many offers and got our listing price! We had already been to 55 and over homes in area but we didn’t love them. We had heard about mays landing area and she was willing to take us down I believe 4 times. We’ve been in our new home for about 2 months and still have messages from her. In the mist of all this both my husband and I had emergency surgeries she had to work around.
